Fish is landed at 4 AM and loaded straight into ice boxes. Three rounds go out from there — Edinburgh and the Lothians, Glasgow and the Clyde, and Aberdeen city. Anywhere else and we are not on the road yet; we would rather say so than take an order we cannot land cold.

Not on the list?
Then we do not come to you yet, and the shop will tell you so before you have a
basket. Type your postcode into Deliver to at the top of any page and you get
a straight yes or no, with that area's fee, free-delivery figure and minimum order if
the answer is yes.
Tell us where you are anyway. The list of people asking is genuinely how we decide
which round goes out next.
